All orders are shipped discreetly in a plain, unmarked package. There is no clue on the outside of the box as to the contents! You can feel safe having a shipment sent to your home or work address.

Most orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours. Your packages will be shipped securely and we pride ourselves on our reliability.

We do not ship on the weekends and certain major Holidays. Fedex and USPS do not deliver on these days so you should not figure these days when counting when you will receive your package. Our payment processor takes precautionary steps to ensure your payment is secure and this may add an additonal 24 hours to your processing time.

We have a proven track record of excellent customer service and support. We guarantee your privacy and security. Customer service is very important to us and we strive to give each customer 100% satisfaction!

We ship Worldwide. Canada shipping charge starts at approximately $30. For all other countries outside the U.S. the shipping charge starts at approximately $60 and may be higher based on the amount of your order. International customers are responsible for any custom fees that may be charged.

Note: Oversized or heavy shipments may require additional shipping charges. We will notify you if your order requires additional shipping charges.

All Packages are shipped via United States Postal Service, FEDEX or UPS Service.

Note: If you live in a rural area that does not receive postal service, you must choose Air 3-5 days to have UPS or FEDEX ship your order.

Shipping charges for basic shipping generally range from $8 to $11 for orders under $115. Orders over $115 are generally $15 and up depending on the weight of the items ordered.

Important Note: All shipping times are based on when your order is shipped, not when you place your order. Processing times are in addition to shipping times. Express shipping is only a guarantee of delivery days after the package leaves the warehouse, it is not a guarantee of total delivery days. Standard processing times apply for all orders. If you order items which are not in stock, choosing an express shipping method will not change when we are able to ship your order.

How do I know my order has been received? Once an order is received, you will receive an order confirmation email to the address you entered during the sites secure checkout. Please note: A valid email address is required for order confirmation email and tracking number to be received. Yahoo, AOL and Hotmail spam filters may block our confirmation emails if set too high.

Do you offer shipping to a United States Postal Service P.O. Box?

Most items available at can be shipped to P.O. Boxes.

If any items within your order cannot be shipped using the United States Postal Service, you will be asked to provide a physical address for shipping.

Items shipped to a P.O. Box are not eligible for expedited shipping.If a physical address is not provided then your order will be shipped 5-8 business days through USPS.

We try to maintain a high inventory level on all of our items, however, there are times when a particular style, color, or size is not in stock. If this is the case, we will cancel that part of the order and ship the remaining items. We will e-mail you that the item is on backorder and we will inform you when the item becomes available, you may also wish to replace it with a different item. All backorders ship 5-8 days shipping.

Orders are sent immediately via our ordering system to our warehouses for processing. If you wish to cancel your order you may contact us via email and request that your order be cancelled. However, we cannot guarantee that your order will be cancelled as the shipping process begins as soon as an order is placed. It is unlikely that we will be able to cancel your order once it has been placed.

For a return or exchange, you are responsible for the cost of returning the merchandise.

Note: Due to health regulations we are unable to accept any item for return that has been opened or used. Items that are returned for exchange may be exchanged for size and color only (same item). Please include all original packaging with the item being returned or exchanged. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been used, soiled, laundered or altered in any way.
